corel painter ne...i have it but i have actually never used it 8d it came with my tablet but i think its pretty good. as for if u need a tablet or not i'm not so sure

hey there~thanks for the comment yes I use a tablet. I believe SAI is made for tablet use mostly, because of its pressure sensitive brushes. lol i always thought u had a tablet though
